We offer free shipping all across India. We offer Free Shipping on all orders without any minimum order value.
Note : Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are verified for authenticity - if we have any doubts about the address mentioned in your order, we will call to confirm. Only verified phone and verified address orders will be shipped..
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). We ship 90% of our orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders are shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders.
- All our orders are shipped via major courier networks, so you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 days after processing.
- Shipping Methods: We use a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to, Ekart, Delhivary etc. The shipping method used for your order will depend on the size and weight of the item(s), as well as the shipping destination.

- We offer shipping all across India.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the India.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders once shipped are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). Please note that during peak seasons, shipping times may be longer.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
- You will receive AWB number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order with the help of AWB number. You can use this information to track your order and estimated delivery date. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to mail us at support@cosmickraft.com.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
- In the event that a package is lost or goes missing, please notify us at support@cosmickraft.com within 24hours of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it in a timely manner.
