Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, we offer a comprehensive replacement or refund for damaged or misplaced items.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO PROCESS REFUND OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS.

  • 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item.
  • Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut.
  • Please send the video to support@cosmickraft.com

We only accept returns if the product you received is in a damaged condition.

 

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in the same packaging as you received it.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We publish sizes of our products in product description. So please check the size chart and place an order accordingly.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact our Customer Support at support@cosmickraft.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Our team will guide you on the return process, including the shipping address for the return.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product, the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order is placed by the customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received successfully.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used items are Non Refundable.
  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by customer.
  • Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please refer the size chart while ordering.
  • We publish sizes of our products in product description. So please check the size chart and place an order accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@cosmickraft.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Wrong Item Received - must be verified via unboxing video.
  • Defective or Damaged item received - must be verified via unboxing video.
  • We will guide you on the appropriate steps to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. Decision of our team in this regard is final.
  • We are not responsible if the customer overpays to the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.
